Ornamental plants and interior design

This is the second blog about the story of foliage plants last time.

Our customers’ foliage plants

I would like to explain why Dios Co., ltd. Is putting live houseplants into our foreign customers’ residential properties.

(1) The air in the room becomes clean.
We have installed an air purifying machine in the residences of foreign customers. In my experience, this air purifier is very popular with our customers.
On the other hand, living plants increase oxygen and absorb harmful substances. Living plants are natural air purifiers.

(2) Prevent drying
Living plants are both natural air purifiers and natural humidifiers. In winter in Japan, the air is dry, so foliage plants can create comfortable air with the power of nature.

(3) Forest bath
I enjoy mountain walking as a hobby. Walking in the mountains and breathing in the forest air will make you feel comfortable. My physical condition improves after walking in the mountains. I think it’s because the forest contains some good ingredients. Scientifically, I believe that there must be ingredients in nature that are good for the human body that humanity has not yet elucidated.

(4) Good for human eyes
Most of my foreign customers are stationed in Japan and do hard work at their place of employment.
Green heals the eyestrain of the human eye.

(5) Little happiness
Foreign expats come to Japan for work, not for sightseeing. I think our customers are busy every day in Japan. We want to provide our customers with a relaxing moment in their busy daily lives.

(6) Interior design
At Dios, a professional interior coordinator designs the entire residential condominium.
We believe that having a little green is very important for interior design.

We believe that living plants provide blessings to our customers by nature.

Our customers’ foliage plants

Dios provides foliage plants in the housing properties of foreign customers.

Our customers rarely ask us for foliage plants. We will take it to your residential property at our own discretion.

Plants are alive, so our customers must water and grow them every day. Some people don’t water the plants because it’s a tedious and time-consuming task.

When our customers move out of our residential property and return home, the plants enter our warehouse. I didn’t water it, so all the leaves of the plants were gone.

I had given up that the plant must have died. Then I moved the plants from the warehouse to the balcony of my office. I gave water to the plants every morning. Then, the young leaves grew in the blink of an eye.

We were so happy that we went to the Home Center and bought potato seeds, carrot seeds, green onion sprouts, strawberry sprouts, soil, fertilizer and pots. And I put it next to the customer’s houseplant. Every day I poured water.

Our customers have taken the time to grow our tolerant plants. I thank our customers. And, at our company Dios, we want to continue to grow this foliage plant.

Japanisches Badezimmer

Ich möchte hier das Problem der Badezimmer in japanischen Eigentumswohnungen erklären.

Japaner lieben das Baden, deshalb geben sie heißes Wasser in die Badewanne und tränken ihren Körper für eine lange Zeit, beispielsweise 30 Minuten, um ein Bad zu nehmen. Ausländer benutzen nur die Dusche und die Zeit, in der sie duschen, beträgt nur etwa 10 Minuten.

Trotzdem hat das japanische Gehäuse ein Badezimmer, eine Toilette und ein Ankleidezimmer. Japaner haben jedoch keine Probleme mit diesem Grundriss. Der Grund dafür ist, dass Bad, Toilette und Ankleidezimmer unabhängig voneinander sind und die Privatsphäre angemessen geschützt ist. Japanische Häuser sind etwa 20 m2 groß, und Ein-Personen-Studio-Apartments sind Einheitsbäder, aber Häuser, in denen zwei oder mehr Personen leben, sind keine Einheitsbäder.

Sehr selten haben japanische Häuser zwei Toiletten. Es gibt nur einen Grund. Der Grund ist, wenn das Haus groß und weit weg ist. Bei einem zweistöckigen Gebäude gibt es zwei Toiletten, da die Leute die Treppe hoch und runter gehen müssen, um zu den Toiletten im zweiten bis ersten Stock zu gelangen. Wenn Sie eine Wohnanlage mit 160 m2 oder mehr haben oder wenn der Grundriss lang und schmal ist und der Abstand von einem Ende zum anderen sehr groß ist, wird ein Grundriss mit zwei Toiletten entworfen.

Ich habe in einem Studentenwohnheim in Boston, USA, gelebt. Wir waren drei Leute und lebten zusammen. Es gab nur ein Badezimmer. Zu dieser Zeit fühlte ich mich schrecklich unwohl. Ich habe noch nie eine solche Unannehmlichkeit in einer japanischen Wohnanlage gespürt. Am Morgen, während jemand etwa 10 Minuten lang duscht, sind die Toilette und das Zähneputzen sehr unpraktisch. Die Privatsphäre der amerikanischen Badezimmer ist nicht geschützt. Für Eigentumswohnungen in den USA benötigen Sie mindestens zwei Badezimmer. Dies liegt daran, dass das Badezimmer in den USA das gleiche ist wie das Badezimmer in einem Studio-Apartment für eine Person in Japan.

Ausländer, die noch nie in einer japanischen Wohnanlage gelebt haben, können sich das nur schwer vorstellen.

Auch Ausländer haben je nach Land unterschiedliche Lebensstile. Amerikaner, Chinesen und Thailänder haben unterschiedliche Lebensstile. Ich arbeite seit über 20 Jahren in der Unterbringung von Ausländern, habe aber immer noch kein 100% iges Verständnis für den Lebensstil von Ausländern.

Es gibt zwei mögliche Probleme.
(1) Ausländer können das japanische Wohndesign nicht verstehen und sich vorstellen.
(2) Ich kann den Lebensstil von Ausländern nicht verstehen und mir vorstellen.

Was ich ohne Zweifel sagen kann, ist, dass die Bodengestaltung japanischer Eigentumswohnungen (ein Badezimmer, eine Toilette, ein Waschtisch) für alle Japaner vollkommen in Ordnung ist, egal wie einkommensstark sie sind.

ห้องน้ำญี่ปุ่น

Japanese Bathroom

I would like to explain here the problem of bathrooms in Japanese residential condominiums.

Japanese people love bathing, so they put hot water in the bathtub and soak their bodies for a long time, such as 30 minutes, to take a bath. Foreigners only use the shower, and the time they take a shower is only about 10 minutes.

Nevertheless, Japanese housing has one bathroom, one toilet, and one dressing room. However, Japanese people have no trouble with this floor plan. The reason is that the bathroom, toilet, and dressing room are independent of each other, and privacy is properly protected. Japanese houses are about 20 m2, and one-person studio apartments are unit baths, but houses where two or more people live are not unit baths.

Very rarely, Japanese houses have two toilets. There is only one reason. The reason is when the house is big and far away. In the case of a two-story building, there are two toilets because people have to go up and down the stairs to get to the toilets on the second to first floors. Also, if you have a residential condominium of 160 m2 or more, or if the floor plan is long and narrow and the distance from one end to the other is very long, a floor plan with two toilets will be designed.

I have lived in a college dormitory in Boston, USA. We were three people and lived together. There was only one bathroom. At this time, I felt terribly inconvenient. I have never felt such an inconvenience in a Japanese residential condominium. In the morning, while someone is taking a shower for about 10 minutes, the toilet and brushing teeth are very inconvenient. The privacy of American bathrooms is not protected. For residential condominiums in the United States, you need at least two bathrooms. This is because the bathroom in the United States is the same as the bathroom in a studio apartment for one person in Japan.

Foreigners who have never lived in a Japanese residential condominium may find it difficult to imagine this.

Also, foreigners have different lifestyles depending on the country. Americans, Chinese, and Thais have different lifestyles. I’ve been working in housing for foreigners for over 20 years, but I still don’t have a 100% grasp of the lifestyle of foreigners.

There are two possible problems.
(1) Foreigners cannot understand and imagine Japanese housing design.
(2) I cannot understand and imagine the lifestyle of foreigners.

What I can say without a doubt is that no matter how high-income earners are, the floor design of Japanese residential condominiums (one bathroom, one toilet, one vanity) is perfectly fine for all Japanese people.

Struktur der japanischen Macht

Die Japaner sind ernst, aufrichtig, talentiert, bescheiden, fleißig, treu, mutig, freundlich und sauber. Andererseits sind die an der Macht befindlichen Japaner unwissend und arrogant.

Die Struktur dieser umgekehrten Gesellschaft hat sich in der Geschichte Japans nicht verändert. Die Japaner, die an der Macht sind, sind Politiker, Firmeninhaber und so weiter.

Soweit ich weiß, sind Manager in der amerikanischen Gesellschaft gut ausgebildet und ausgezeichnet. Die Amerikaner sind so vielfältig, dass der Manager ein hochqualifizierter und talentierter Manager sein muss, um eine große Anzahl verschiedener Arten von Menschen zusammenzubringen. Auf der anderen Seite sind die Japaner alle hervorragend, sodass jeder Manager, der Macht hat, problemlos arbeiten kann. Infolgedessen sind japanische Mächte immer ignorant und arrogant.

Premierminister Abe hat beschlossen, zurückzutreten. Und die Liberaldemokratische Partei versucht, Shigeru Ishiba um jeden Preis zu eliminieren, damit er nicht der nächste Premierminister wird. Warum muss die Liberaldemokratische Partei Herrn Ishiba bisher eliminieren? Wenn dies nicht getan wird, wäre es schlecht für Herrn Ishiba, der Premierminister zu sein.

Die Ursache für die Krankheit von Premierminister Abe war der Fall von Herrn Kawai. Ohne die Zustimmung von Premierminister Abe wäre Herr Kawai nicht in der Lage, Politikern in der Präfektur Hiroshima Geld zu geben. Es muss eine Diskussion mit Premierminister Abe gegeben haben.

Structure of Japanese power

The Japanese are serious, sincere, talented, humble, diligent, loyal, brave, kind and clean. Yet, on the other hand, the Japanese in power are ignorant and arrogant.

The structure of this reversed society has not changed in the history of Japan. The Japanese who are in power are politicians, company owners, and so on.

As far as I know, in American society, managers are well-educated and excellent. Americans are so diverse that in order to bring together a large number of different types of people, the manager must be a highly qualified and talented manager. On the other hand, Japanese people are all excellent, so any manager who has power can work without problems. As a result, Japanese powers are always ignorant and arrogant.

Prime Minister Abe has decided to resign. And the Liberal Democratic Party is trying to eliminate Shigeru Ishiba at all costs so that he will not become the next prime minister. Why does the Liberal Democratic Party have to eliminate Mr. Ishiba so far? If this is not done, it would be bad for Mr. Ishiba to be the prime minister.

Most Japanese people say, “I’m sorry for Prime Minister Abe. Thank you for your hard work. Why aren’t Japanese people grateful for Abe’s work so far at the press conference?” ..

The car that Prime Minister Abe went to the hospital was being broadcast on TV. It seems that the act of calling that TV station to the hospital was a stepping stone to the resignation of the prime minister due to illness.

The cause of Prime Minister Abe’s illness was Mr. Kawai’s case. Mr. Kawai would not be able to give money to politicians in Hiroshima prefecture without the consent of Prime Minister Abe. There must have been some discussion with Prime Minister Abe.

Former Minister of Justice Kawai is currently in Tokyo Detention House on behalf of Prime Minister Abe. Even a normal healthy person has a stomachache.

It was decided that the LDP member vote would not be held. Mr. Suga is certain to be elected, and Mr. Shigeru Ishiba cannot become the Prime Minister of Japan. The reason why the LDP member vote is not held is to eliminate Mr. Shigeru Ishiba.

When Mr. Shigeru Ishiba becomes prime minister, there are people in power of the current LDP who are in great trouble. And since everyone is leaning against those in power and hanging under power, all LDP politicians are striving to eliminate Shigeru Ishiba.

Shigeru Ishiba notes that the following issues should be clarified. For Prime Minister Abe and his entourage, these are absolutely in trouble.

(1) Suicide of Mr. Akagi of Kinki Local Finance Bureau

(2) Sakura wo miru kai

(3) Former Minister of Justice Kawai’s money of 150 million yen

Why is Shigeru Ishiba in trouble when he becomes Prime Minister? Why are they so troubled?

The reason is that the seven years that have been under the Abe administration have been too random. There are a lot of things that can never be revealed. This is the Liberal Democratic Party, the political party that currently holds the political power of Japan.
